Preformed Guy Grip Dead-End for ADSS Cable
It has many features. It’s high quality and durable. Not easy to rust, not easy to aging and not easy to oxidation. It has the good corrosion resistance and can be use for a long time. And it has many uses, which can be use in the lots of places. It’s suitable for stay rod, stay insulator and pole top attachment. It’s also suitable for single, multiple and flying stays can be terminate.
Loop length: Length from the color mark to the end of the loop.
Loop diameter: The loop has a formed diameter designed to interface with standard fittings. Color mark: Locates the beginning of dead-end contact with the cable during installation.
Dead-end legs: The legs wrap onto the cable beginning at the crossover mark.
Characteristics
- The helical formed wire inner and outer layer components are designed to transfer axial tensile loads and distribute radial compressive forces over the surface in contact with the ADSS to minimize effects on the central core and internal optical fibers.
- Inside of inner and outer rods covered with silicon carbide, increasing frictional force and damping.
- Minimum holding strength of dead-end set not less than 95% RTS of cable.
- Excellent anti-fatigue characteristic.
- The installation is convenient, no special tools needed.
