Ratchet Cable Stripper PG-5

This tool isdesigned for longitudinal,circumferential ringing, and mid-span slitting of corrugated aluminum or copper shield cables, medium-density polyethylene (MDPE), and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) conduits.

1. Adjustable blade depth allows slitting of coverings of up to 1/4” (6.3mm) thick

2. Blade fully retracts inside body for storage

3. Cam-adjustable lever allows blade dig-in in mid-span application

4. Lever teeth designed for soft and hard jacket/covering applications

5. Longitudinal slitting of cable/duct ranging from 1/2” (12.7mm) to larger sizes

6. Circumferential slitting of cable/duct ranging from 1-1/2” (38mm) to larger sizes

7. Window cutout to access fibers inside duct ranging from 1-1/2” (38mm) to larger sizes

8. Can be used for all types of cables larger than 25mm in diameter

9. The insulation can be completely stripped

10. Suitable for longitudinal cutting and circumferential cutting

11. The maximum cutting depth can be adjusted to 5mm

12. Arbor made of glass fiber and polyester material reinforcement

1. For removing all layers of insulation on cables with diameters of over 25mm, applicable for communication cable, MV cable (PVC constructed), LV cable (PVC insulation), MV cable (PVC insulation).

2. Suitable for longitudinal and circular cutting,Cutting depth can be adjusted from 0 -5mm, Replaceable blade (both sides can be used)
